On the occasion of the Chinese New Year in 2023, in order to make?international students better understand the traditional Chinese culture and celebrate?the Chinese New Year together, the Office of Student Affairs of BFSU organized the theme activity of "Welcome Chinese New Year – Chinese New Year Cultural Experience" this month. Li Wenbin, Director of the Office of Student Affairs, teachers in charge and international students gathered together to celebrate the incoming Chinese New Year.
Students wrote the Spring Festival couplets and "Fu" characters in various fonts and forms together with help of?the instructor. They also made traditional Chinese latern and wrote "He" and "Shun" characters on the laterns with brushes. The red and yellow laterns made by students convey their good wishes for the new year.
