2. Tiktok Account

The publicity department of the alumni association operates the Tiktok account, making videos related to current affairs and campus scenery on the platform, trying to promote and expand the influence of alumni association, updating the college for the majority of alumni, so that alumni who miss their university can pick up the good memories from the videos. If you need to contact the alumni association, you can also leave a message in the background of Tiktok account, and the alumni association staff will reply as soon as possible.

3. Real-time release of internship recruitment information on Wechat Official Account

If you need to place your internship information, please leave a message directly on the Wechat official account with the job information + contact information, such as WeChat. The alumni association staff will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Alumni experience sharing session

Alumni share their career and life experiences with current students in the form of sharing sessions and one-on-one Q&A sessions, which can be very effective in providing guidance to current students on their future development.

If alumni are willing to hold a sharing session (offline or online), please leave a message in the Wechat official account with your request + contact information, such as WeChat. The Alumni Association staff will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the details. A review of previous sessions can be found in the Alumni Face to Face section of the public website.

5. Alumni Interview

The Alumni Association's New Media Department staff conducts face-to-face interviews with alumni. Past interviews can be viewed in the Alumni Interview column of the Wechat official account.

If alumni are willing to be interviewed, please leave a message in the background of the official account with your request + contact information, such as WeChat. The Alumni Association staff will contact you as soon as possible to discuss specific matters. The interview will be published as a tweet on the Alumni Association's official account.

6. Monthly Wallpaper

The Alumni Association's Publicity Department has designed a monthly electronic calendar with the university’s landscape as the background. They are available in the monthly wallpaper section of the Wechat official account.

7. Alumni Anniversary Homecoming

The Alumni Association organizes anniversary homecoming activities for graduated alumni every year. If alumni are willing to do activities, they can also take the initiative to leave a message on the Wechat official account with their needs + contact information, such as WeChat. The Alumni Association staff will contact you as soon as possible and discuss the details. 

8. Alumni Board Meeting

The Alumni Board Meeting is held once a year, and representatives from different grades of alumni and school leaders and teachers are invited to attend. It aims to build a channel for information exchange between alumni, strengthen the communication between alumni and the college, and hope to truly understand the needs of alumni through the Alumni Council, so as to carry out targeted alumni activities and the appointment ceremony of alumni directors.

9. Appointment of alumni directors

The Alumni Council is composed of alumni directors at all grades. The directors are determined by self-nomination, recommendation by others and confirmation by themselves, in principle, 1 - 2 for each major, but the number can be adjusted according to the situation of this grade. They are mainly responsible for contacting personnel of each class, assisting in publicity work, collecting alumni's opinions and suggestions on alumni work, docking alumni and college resources, strengthening communication between alumni and the college, and participating in decisions on alumni work. These tasks will basically be carried out through WeChat and email.
