Research Field

My research aims to understand how to design and manage information sharing systems among different organizations to promote effective interoperability. I have examined this question in several domains such as government agencies, financial companies, and healthcare organizations. I employ a wide variety of research methods, using data from field studies, surveys, and experiments.
