Cross-Cultural Management Research Center

The Cross-Cultural Management Research Center was established in July 2020. The center is positioned as a cross-cultural frontier with a broad vision and is based on the discussion of cutting-edge issues in the cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary fields of management. At present, its main research directions include cross-cultural organizational and marketing management and cross-disciplinary research. The center aims to integrate theory and application research to produce a series of high-quality academic achievements. There are 13 research members in the center, including 2 professors, 6 associate professors, 5 lecturers.  In addition, there are 5 advisory experts who are from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology United States, University of International Business and Economics, Beijing Normal University, and other prestigious universities.
