With great honour, IBS.BFSU invited Mr.MA Yansheng, former Minister Counsellor of Chinese Embassy in France,vice-president of BFSU,Chinese deputy permanent presentative at UNESCO, to gave IBS.BFSU stduents a webinar on Global Governance.
Mr.Ma pointed out that global governance aims at co-management of global affairs in line with the trend of multipolarity of the world. He highlighted the basic competitencies that people working for global organization should have including: politacal literacy, professional literacy, knowledge and language proficiency.
"Integrity, Professionalism and Respect for Diversity are three key core values #UN encourages and promotes," said Mr.Ma, these should also be the aims for students to achieve.
Ma Yansheng was awarded the "Chevalier de l'Ordre des Palmes Academiques de France" in 2019.
