IBS Global Development Scheme aims to take advantage of the international resources of BFSU, conduct high-level and practical international cooperation to provide an exchange platform for students and teachers in IBS. We will continue to elevate our competitiveness in teaching, scientific research and social services.

Promote the globalization of IBS with international certification

AACSB is an association for business schools with the largest number of members, the longest history and the broadest range of certification. It aims to help those schools who have acquired or applied for the certification raise their enrollment, faculty and management standard. At present, only 5% of business schools around the world have acquired this certification of the highest standard. The global citizen program of IBS targets at the AACSB. We will promote the globalization of IBS and aim to acquire the AACSB certification in five years to elevate our school to a new high.

Offer more exchange opportunities for students and increase the proportion of foreign students

We will set targets on promoting overseas exchanges for students, striving to raise the proportion of Chinese students studying abroad during college years to 50%. We will enroll more foreign students, raising the proportion of international students to 30-40%

We will train our students to become future business leaders with global vision and cross-cultural communication skills.

We will encourage more teachers to take part in joint publications, to take at least one semester to visit foreign institutes every three years and to hold concurrent positions in enterprises. We will encourage them to publish papers and teach courses in English.

At the meantime, we will strive for citizenship for foreign teachers and make sure foreign teachers are in line with Chinese teachers in terms of employment requirements, title review and remunerations. We will welcome more outstanding foreign teachers to IBS.
