Starting from September, 2021 we offer two recruitment tracks:
-Teaching track
-Teaching + research track
Teaching Track
Qualification requirements:
1.A PhD degree from a renowned university OR Lecturer/Assistant Professor or above at a renowned university;
2.Industry or management experiences are welcome too.
Job responsibilities:
1.Teaching undergraduate and possibly graduate courses (minimum 9 hours per week), and advising students;
2.Engaging with the college, university and business communities.
Teaching courses:
1.International Finance;
2.International Trade;
3.International Business;
4.Multinational Enterprises;
5.Cross-border E-commerce;
6.Statistics;
7.International Human Resource Management;
8.Research Methods;
9.International Tax Planning;
10.Other economics and business-related areas.
Compensation package:
1.A 1-3 year contract with IBS BFSU;
2.Round-trip air ticket per year;
3.On-campus accommodation provided by BFSU;
4.Doctor/Lecturer/Assistant Professor: minimum 180,000 RMB per annum; Associate Professor: minimum 210,000 RMB per annum; Professor: minimum 240,000 RMB per annum. (note: all payments are before tax)

Qualification requirements:
1.PhD degree from a renowned university OR Lecturer/Assistant Professor or above at a renowned university;
2.A track record of JCR Q2 (or ABS-3) and above publications.
Job responsibilities:
1.Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses (6-9 hours per week), and supervising student dissertations;
2.One JCR Q1/ABS-4 publication or two JCR Q2/ABS-3 publications within three years;
3.Engaging with the school, university and business communities.
Teaching courses:

1.A 3-year contract with IBS BFSU (with annual performance evaluation);
2.Round-trip air ticket per year;

4.Doctor/Lecturer/Assistant Professor: 250,000 RMB per annum; Associate Professor: 300,000 RMB per annum (note: all payments are before tax);

About BFSU
Beijing Foreign Studies University, or BFSU, is one of China’s top universities under the direct leadership of the Chinese Ministry of Education. It is listed under Project 985, Project 211 and Double First-Class Project of China. Located in Haidian District, Beijing, it has two campuses- the West Campus and the East Campus, separated by the North Xishanhuan Road.
BFSU teaches 101 foreign languages, more than any other Chinese universities. About IBS BFSU
International Business School (IBS) is one of the youngest and most dynamic schools at BFSU and also the largest in terms of student number. Founded in 2001, IBS currently has more than 2000 students including undergraduates, postgraduates, international students, and overseas foundation programs students.
At present, there are eight undergraduate programs (international economics and trade, finance, business management, international business, accounting, international financial management, e-business, information management and system), four research-track master programs (management science and engineering, international economics, international economics and diplomacy, and business administration), four practice-track master programs (international business, international finance, accounting and MBA), and one PhD program in management science. IBS also offers four undergraduate programs for international students including international business, international finance, international marketing, and business management in China.
