1. Bachelor’s degree holders with three or more years of work experience.
2. Master’s degree holders with two or more years of work experience.
3. Candidates with the following background are preferred:
>Language professionals, hoping to improve management professional ability and become a business professional.
>Professionals with economic or management background, hoping to learn more about Chinese culture and real business environment.
> Professionals with science and engineering background, hoping to cultivate a global vision and improve cross-cultural communication and management skills.
