On 6-7 March 2023, led by dean Prof. Niu Huayong, IBSBFSU representatives attended the 20th AMBA & BGA Business School Capacity Building Seminar in Shanghai. The workshop also had deans and professors from over than 80 business schools in China join in.

The seminar discussed the practical experiences of business schools in area like sustainable development, entrepreneurship and responsible management, development strategies for the majors and module setting. In the session on majors and module setting, Dean Niu Huayong, as an invited guest, shared IBSBFSU experiences in internationalization, cross-disciplinary research and talent cultivation, sustainable development and responsible management course construction in the context of the strategic planning of international business schools, which got recognition from other schools.
